I Have chosen to Film at my house as I feel it is a realistic setting for the genre of my film but also as it is a short film. Within the house hold I will be using the kitchen, living room, bathroom, downstairs toilet room and a girls bedroom, simply because I will have a Scene(s) set in each room. This will give my film a sense of reality and work according to its genre, this will also show that I have encouperated audeience research repsponses within my film as many people said they woud expect a Documdrama to be realistic including settings etc.

 

Using a house also helps with budget as it is a short film, the budget will not be to grand, instead it will be quite small, using a house within my film is easy acess and allows me to use everthing I need to create my film as it is all included within the location. This helps the production team as everythig will be organised ut also actors as they dont have to worry about getting to different locations as it is all in one.
